At NOGU, we want you to love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for all unworn items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original NOGU gift boxes.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment and notify you once it arrives at our warehouse for inspection.
Receive Your Refund
After your return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or your new exchange items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
